What you are buying

Ponypass provides personal online access to USCPA study materials. Monthly includes one selected subject for each paid monthly billing period. All Access includes FAR, AUD, REG and TCP for eighteen calendar months. Both include the Question Bank, Released Questions and Exam Radar for the purchased subjects. Full Exam Radar requires separate activation for each subject; free previews remain available without activation. Video courses and course handouts are not included.

Payment and access

Monthly costs $29 USD per month and automatically renews until you cancel. All Access costs $439 USD as a one-time payment for eighteen calendar months and does not automatically renew. PayPal processes online payments in USD.

Question Bank access is added to the signed-in Ponypass account after payment confirmation. For eligible first-time purchases, this starts the seven-day refund period. You pay at checkout; this is not a free trial or a delayed charge. Monthly access follows your paid PayPal billing periods. An All Access repeat purchase extends each subject from its current expiry date when still active, otherwise from payment fulfilment; subjects may therefore have different expiry dates.

Once activated, each subject’s Exam Radar expires with its corresponding Question Bank access. Successful renewals of the same monthly subscription keep Radar activated and extend it with your paid access. Activating Radar does not create a new month or extend the purchased period.

Canceling automatic renewal

Cancel automatic renewal in My orders before your next payment. Cancellation stops future monthly payments and keeps already-paid access, including activated Exam Radar, until its expiry. Cancellation does not issue a refund, and requesting a refund does not cancel automatic renewal.

Use the free samples before purchasing, then try the Question Bank before activating full Exam Radar. Activating any subject’s full Exam Radar from that order ends the entire order’s seven-day refund eligibility, including the other subjects in that order. To keep the full refund period, wait until after the exact date and time shown on the activation page. By purchasing, you request immediate Question Bank access and accept the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. These online purchase terms apply to new website PayPal orders under this policy version. CNY purchases are arranged separately with Ivy; existing and manually granted access keep their original terms.

Using the service

Access is for your personal study. Do not share or resell your account, redistribute study materials, or use automated bulk collection. Study materials and exam feedback support preparation; purchasing does not guarantee an exam result or that reported topics will appear on your exam.

Help with your purchase

If your payment was confirmed but access is missing, contact us with your Ponypass order number. Keep your account email current and do not send passwords or full card details.

Consultation with Ivy

Consultation policy version 2026-10-16-consultation-v1

Consultation costs $99.00 USD per hour, purchased in whole hours. This is a one-time payment with no subscription or automatic renewal. Your order is saved to the Ponypass account used at checkout.

After payment is confirmed, contact Ivy with your order ID to arrange your appointment. Payment does not reserve an appointment time or mean that consultation has been delivered.

Consultation does not include Question Bank, Released Questions or Exam Radar access. The Question Bank's seven-day guarantee does not apply to consultation.

You may request a refund for consultation hours not provided. Completed consultation hours are not refundable for a change of plans or other personal reasons.

Contact Ivy with your order ID to request a consultation refund. Ivy will verify the hours already provided and arrange any refund for the unprovided hours. A request is not a completed refund; confirmed refunds appear in My orders.

Consultation refunds are handled separately from the Question Bank's seven-day guarantee. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or applicable payment-provider dispute procedures.
