Information used to provide the service

We use your Google sign-in account identifier, email and profile name to maintain your account. Ponypass stores your learning activity, answers, progress, saved marks and reports, along with purchase records, access periods and payment or refund references.

Service providers

Google provides sign-in, Supabase provides account and data services, Vercel hosts the website, and PayPal processes online payments. Their services may process information in countries outside your location under their own terms and privacy policies. Ponypass does not receive or store your full payment card number or PayPal password.

Purpose and retention

We use these records to deliver study access, save progress, confirm payments, provide support and investigate payment or access problems. Sign-in cookies keep your session working. Account, learning and transaction records are retained as needed to operate the service and address applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements.

Your requests

Contact us about your personal information, including requests to access, correct or delete it. Some transaction records may need to be retained for applicable legal or dispute requirements.
