- Changed your study plans? For an eligible first-time purchase, request a full refund without giving a reason in My orders within that window, as long as no subject’s full Exam Radar from this order has been activated.
Once you activate any subject’s full Exam Radar from this order, refunds under this guarantee are no longer available for the entire order.
To keep the full refund window, wait until after the exact deadline shown in My orders and on the activation screen.
For Monthly, only your account’s first paid purchase of the selected subject qualifies. Renewals and repeat purchases of that subject do not restart the refund period. If you have purchased any subject before, All Access is not eligible. Free Radar previews do not activate Radar or affect refund eligibility. See the full refund policy.

How do renewals and cancellation work?
Monthly automatically charges $29 USD every month until canceled. Manage your subscription and view the verified next billing date in My orders. Canceling stops future payments and keeps paid access until its expiry date; it does not request a refund. Successful renewals keep activated Radar available. All Access is a one-time $439 USD purchase for 18 calendar months with no automatic renewal.
How do I request a refund?
Open My orders and submit an eligible request before the exact deadline. The request is recorded immediately and awaits processing; it is not a completed refund. While pending, that order’s remaining Radar activations are paused and Question Bank access stays available until the refund is confirmed. A refund request does not cancel automatic renewal. To stop future Monthly payments, cancel your subscription separately in My orders.
What if there is a payment or access problem?
Contact Ivy about duplicate or incorrect charges, or access that was not delivered. These issues are handled separately from a change of study plans. If purchased access cannot be delivered and we cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange an appropriate correction or refund. Rights required by applicable law remain unchanged.

Your Ponypass order number, payment status and refund status appear in My orders. Contact Ivy if you need help with purchase documentation.
