Refund Policy
Version 2026-10-08-subscription-v2
Question Bank — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility and timing
For eligible first-time website PayPal purchases under this policy version, you may request a full refund without giving a reason within seven days after payment is confirmed and Question Bank access is provisioned, provided you have not activated any subject’s full Exam Radar from that order. You pay at checkout; the refund period is not a free trial or a delayed charge. My orders displays your exact deadline with date, time and Eastern Time (ET).
- Monthly: this policy applies only to your account’s first paid purchase of the selected subject.
- All Access: this policy applies only if your account has never purchased paid access to any subject.
- Renewals and purchases made after cancellation do not start a new refund period for a previously purchased subject. Upgrading from a subject plan to All Access does not start a new refund period.
- Free Starter and free Radar previews do not count as paid purchases.
Choosing when to activate Exam Radar
Try the Question Bank first. You may activate each purchased subject’s full Exam Radar whenever you choose during its access period. Activating any one subject’s full Exam Radar from that order immediately ends the seven-day refund eligibility for the entire order, including all other subjects. To keep the full refund period, wait until after the specific deadline shown before activation. The free analysis and feedback previews do not activate Radar or affect refund eligibility.
Activated Exam Radar lasts only for that subject’s remaining Question Bank access period. Successful renewals of the same monthly subscription keep Radar activated and extend it with your paid access. Activation itself does not add a month or extend the expiry. After the seven-day window ends or any subject’s full Exam Radar from that order is activated, refunds under this guarantee are no longer available. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. The exceptions below still apply.
How to request a refund
Sign in to My orders and submit the request before the deadline. The server records when you request it. A request is not a completed refund: it awaits processing through PayPal. While pending, remaining Radar activations for that order or monthly subscription are paused, and Question Bank access is not removed merely because you submitted the request. The refunded payment no longer provides access after the refund is confirmed.
Cancel automatic renewal in My orders before your next payment if you also want to stop future monthly charges. Cancellation keeps already-paid access, including activated Exam Radar, until its expiry. Cancellation does not issue a refund, and requesting a refund does not cancel automatic renewal.
This online policy does not change the original terms for earlier purchases or manually granted access. CNY purchases are arranged separately with Ivy.
If you were charged twice or incorrectly, or your purchased access was not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate correction or refund.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. PayPal and card-issuer dispute procedures remain governed by their own terms.

Consultation refunds
Consultation policy version 2026-10-16-consultation-v1
You may request a refund for consultation hours not provided. Completed consultation hours are not refundable for a change of plans or other personal reasons.
Contact Ivy with your order ID to request a consultation refund. Ivy will verify the hours already provided and arrange any refund for the unprovided hours. A request is not a completed refund; confirmed refunds appear in My orders.
Consultation refunds are handled separately from the Question Bank's seven-day guarantee. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or applicable payment-provider dispute procedures.
